Overview

As a Tech Recruiter / Talent Manager at Corastone, you will be responsible for recruiting top-tier talent and overseeing various HR initiatives within a rapidly growing financial services technology firm.

In Short

• Own the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Understanding of local and US talent markets.
• Ability to recruit for mid to senior-level roles.
• Knowledge of US labor laws and compliance.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Eagerness to contribute to HR process development.

• Must reside within the United States.
