Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting AI-driven technology in the financial services sector, assisting clients with their retirement plans.

In Short

  • Provide bilingual support in English and Vietnamese.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with account activation and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver guidance on retirement plan offerings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
  • Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM systems for customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service.
  • Work 45-50 hours per week in US-East Coast time zone.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Entry-level position with contract employment type.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; business or finance degree is a plus.
  • Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in technical support.
  • Familiarity with retirement plans is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
