Technical Platform Product Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead strategy, development, and enablement of internal platform and infrastructure capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, DevOps, and Compliance teams.
• Drive the roadmap for platform security and compliance capabilities.
• Support integration strategy with third-party vendor applications.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable platform features.
• Lead development of internal tools for access management and compliance.
• Define operational readiness standards for platform releases.
• Represent internal stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation into internal tools.
• Align with Engineering leadership for technical platform investments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or related roles.
• Proven track record in building security and compliance products.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Experience working with DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
• Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare or EMR systems.
