Overview

The Ion Clinical Sales Manager plays a critical role in building and developing the clinical field sales team within their region, managing installations, training, and utilization growth of the ION System.

In Short

• Manage and direct program launches of the ION System.
• Expand ION procedure usage in existing accounts.
• Hire, train, and develop the clinical team.
• Support KOL development across the region.
• Provide clinical sales team with product information.

• Proven track record in ION sales or clinical sales management.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room/Endoscopy Environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of clinical sales management experience.
• Proven background in selling medical capital equipment.
• Previous record of managing a salesforce in the medical device industry.
• Computer literate and good interviewing skills.
