Overview

As a Field Service Support Specialist 2 at Intuitive, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility.

In Short

  • Responsible for installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of products.
  • Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met.
  • Provide technical expertise and outstanding customer support.
  • Conduct training sessions at facilities and hospitals.
  • Document service activities and maintain records.
  • Troubleshoot and repair products in accordance with procedures.
  • Coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation.
  • Maintain compliance with O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
  • Support sales and collaborate with other teams.
  • Manage assigned area and respond to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
  • Clean driving record and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • 1-3 years of field service experience preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
