Overview

A Field Service Engineer at Intuitive will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in their assigned territory, ensuring service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled while exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• Experience with customer relationships in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
