Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role focused on gaining knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

In Short

• Partner with the Virginia/DC team for training and territory management.
• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and robotic development.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.
• Gain experience in goal setting and mapping for future roles.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales reporting and expenses.
• Must live or be relocatable to the Fredericksburg, Alexandria, or Arlington VA area.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience.
• Compensation includes base pay + commission, with a target pay rate of $114,000.
