Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the Gainesville, FL team to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales.

In Short

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.

• Manage administrative tasks including reporting and expense submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience.
• Proven record of success and ambition.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.
