Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the Boise, ID team to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business including technical, clinical, and sales.

In Short

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.

• Manages administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience required.
• Proven record of success.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent social and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.
