Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the St. Petersburg, FL team to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business including technical, clinical, and sales.

In Short

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience.
• Proven record of success.
• Exceptional work ethic and ambition.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights/weekends as needed.
