Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role designed to partner with the Memphis, TN team to gain comprehensive knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon training and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including hospital staff and surgeons.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-year leadership or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are essential.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Compensation includes market-competitive packages with a target pay rate of $114,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience or outside sales experience post-grad.
• Proven record of success and ambition.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong capacity to learn and get things done.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work nights and weekends as needed.
