Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) focuses on maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Akron territory, partnering with surgical teams and driving sales.

In Short

  • Develop sales strategies to drive robot utilization.
  • Mentor surgical teams through training and integration.
  • Support regional sales and marketing events.
  • Develop a surgery plan for surgical teams.
  • Expand user base by working with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
  • Mentor new team members.
  • Manage administrative tasks and sales activities.
  • Travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and communication.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
  • Proven record of success and exceptional work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
