Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) will focus on maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Burbank territory, partnering with surgical teams and driving sales.

In Short

  • Develop sales strategies with Clinical Sales Manager.
  • Mentor surgical teams through training and integration.
  • Provide resources for da Vinci® Surgery across specialties.
  • Support regional sales and marketing events.
  • Create plans for surgical teams to use the system independently.
  • Expand user base by collaborating with KOLs.
  • Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
  • Mentor new team members.
  • Manage administrative tasks and sales activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
