Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative will focus on maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Portland, OR territory, partnering with clinical teams to enhance surgical precision.

In Short

  • Develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization.
  • Mentor surgical teams through training sessions.
  • Support marketing events to create system awareness.
  • Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
  • Manage administrative tasks and sales activities.
  • Work with key opinion leaders to expand the user base.
  • Ensure surgical teams can use the system independently.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager.
  • Contribute to a high-performance clinical sales team.
  • Facilitate OR integration and surgery applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 2 years in healthcare sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
  • Proven record of success in sales.
  • Ambition and exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
