Overview

The Education Program Manager at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will be responsible for the overall implementation of the education project in Niger, ensuring quality delivery and accountability to beneficiaries and donors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the humanitarian sector.
• 3 years of experience managing education projects.
• Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience in emergency contexts is essential.
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
• Fluency in French and intermediate English required.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
