The Franchise Developer position is responsible for new store growth within a geographic region of Canada, focusing on recruitment and real estate activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of Franchise Development experience.
• Experience in franchise recruitment and site selection.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to travel 80-100 nights a year.
• Knowledge of the Restaurant Industry and multi-unit Franchise community.
