Overview

The Franchise Compliance Paralegal provides support to the Legal Manager and Attorneys in handling franchise operations and compliance matters, focusing on legal issues in the U.S. and Canada.

• Support franchisee compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience.
• Franchise experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to manage a large workload and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and efficient.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe AcrobatPro DC.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact at all levels.
