Overview

The Client Experience Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in supporting agents by providing assistance regarding health insurance carriers and Ready-to-Sell (RTS) status, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the onboarding process.

In Short

  • Monitor and respond to agent inquiries via email and phone.
  • Assist with questions related to health insurance carriers and contracting processes.
  • Triage and forward emails to appropriate specialists.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier guidelines and RTS requirements.
  • Document interactions and track common issues for team improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for consistent information delivery.
  • Identify urgent issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity according to company policies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Work collaboratively across teams.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of industry experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and follow procedures independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with email systems and CRM tools.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Ability to navigate various websites and internal systems.
  • Willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
