Overview

IntegriChain is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist to join our Managed Services team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely rebate data for clients.

In Short

• Lead and support delivery services for Managed Services team.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of rebate data for clients.
• Manage complex customer deliverables and relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process streamlining through technology.
• Analyze rebate calculations and investigate variances.
• Provide insights into rebate performance trends.
• Support onboarding of new hires and customers.
• Collaborate on internal and client-facing projects.
• Maintain customer contracts and data in the rebate system.
• Execute reporting activities for compliance and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of pharmaceutical experience with rebate processes.
• Prior experience with Managed Care and Medicaid rebate programs.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex rebate logic.
• High proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Independent worker producing high-quality deliverables.
• Experience with rebate management systems preferred.
