Workday Senior Certified Project manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Workday Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the project deliverables and work with the Client project manager to govern milestone deliverables.

In Short

• Manage the implementation of 2+ simultaneous projects
• Hold current Workday HCM or Financials and Project Manager certifications
• Demonstrate competency in the Workday product suite
• Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other Project Managers
• Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
• Work with clients to identify/resolve issues impacting project scope
• Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction
• Ensure project delivery within budget
• Contribute to a culture of continuous education

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience project managing Workday implementations
• Current Workday certifications preferred
• Consulting experience
• Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Working knowledge in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Business development skills
• Previous service sales experience a plus
• Remote position with potential travel expectation
