Senior Counterintelligence & Strategic Engagement Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Counterintelligence & Strategic Engagement SME who will provide in-depth counterintelligence (CI) expertise and strategic engagement support to the Mission Management Branch (MMB) in the Office of Counterintelligence (OCI).

In Short

• Provide expert counterintelligence and strategic engagement support to enhance CI operations.
• Conduct joint operational planning and develop executable plans.
• Maintain relationships with DCSA, DoD, and other US Government agencies.
• Support development of TTPs, CONOPS, and COAs.
• Analyze state-based and global terrorist threats.
• Conduct research on threats to U.S. infrastructure.
• Align exercise planning with national security priorities.
• Contribute to policy development and compliance meetings.
• Evaluate counterintelligence effectiveness.
• Ensure contract deliverables and staffing requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 15 years of counterintelligence experience.
• Experience supporting DoD counterintelligence investigations.
• Knowledge of Military Department Counterintelligence Organizations.
• Understanding of counterintelligence policies governing activities.
