Overview

INTECON is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to support DoD software development programs by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements that drive successful mission outcomes.

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for DoD software development projects.
• Produce professional process documentation including training and instructional content.
• Support DoD software development program activities by coordinating requirements across teams.
• Lead Six Sigma improvement initiatives using the DMAIC cycle.
• Utilize ServiceNow for workflow tracking and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher-level degree).
• 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• 5 years of experience creating process documentation.
• 5 years’ experience working with DoD programs.
• 5 years of intermediate knowledge supporting DoD software development projects.
• 5 years of experience developing processes, tools, and metrics.
• 5 years of experience managing Six Sigma projects.
• 1–2 years of knowledge utilizing ServiceNow.
