Overview

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Insycle, you’ll own customer outcomes—from thoughtful onboarding to ongoing adoption, renewals, and advocacy. You’ll create clarity from ambiguity, improve processes, and proactively guide customers to value.

  • Own and manage customer outcomes and adoption.
  • Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers.
  • Run strategic customer meetings and translate insights into action plans.
  • Create training materials that simplify complex topics.
  • Spot patterns in customer inquiries and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize customer needs.
  • Advocate for customer needs and champion best practices.
  • Work closely with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
  • Be a self-starter and improve processes proactively.
  • Communicate effectively across various platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or similar role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong communication skills across chat, email, and Zoom.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools and data workflows.
  • Ability to learn quickly and become a product expert.
  • Curiosity and intentionality in problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude and energy under pressure.
  • Alignment with the company mission of making data easy to work with.
