Product Owner, Omnipod 5 - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner for the SWAT team—focused on building internal tools that enable and support engineering and marketing teams to release high-quality, compliant, and localized Omnipod 5 mobile apps faster and more reliably.

In Short

• Serve as the product owner for the Mobile SWAT team.
• Define, maintain, and evangelize the vision and roadmap for internal tools.
• Gather and synthesize requirements from engineering stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs for two scrum teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Partner with QA for validation of new tools and enhancements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and coordination.
• Ensure tools meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on tool adoption and performance.
• Support rollout through training materials and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a product owner or product manager.
• Excellent backlog management and Agile delivery skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams.
• Effective communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with app development and developer toolchains.
• Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe environments.
• Understanding of FDA or ISO regulatory requirements.
