Overview

As a Sales Systems & Tools Manager II within the Commercial Excellence organization at Instacart, you will play a key role in building the tools and processes needed to scale our business, contributing to Instacart’s growth and success.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Product.
• Design, implement, and maintain technology solutions.
• Drive sales and finance transformation projects.
• Manage end-to-end projects integrating Salesforce with systems.
• Run day-to-day operations of the tools platform.
• Govern change management for order-to-cash workflows.
• Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects independently.
• Support sales teams in Ads & Retail.
• Ensure compliance with SOX initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
• 5-6 years of experience in digital advertising or e-Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with finance transformation projects.
• Aptitude with tools like Jira, Snowflake, and Oracle.
• Salesforce Admin 201 Certification or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
