Overview

At Instacart, our Business Development team focuses on establishing, nurturing, and growing our partnerships with brick-and-mortar stores and CPG brands across North America. Our team is the glue between our 1,400 retail banners and our teams at Instacart. As a Sales Systems & Tools Manager I within the Commercial Excellence organization, you will play a key role in building the tools and processes needed to scale our business, and ultimately contributing to Instacart’s growth and success.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
• Partner with IT and business teams to design and implement technology solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the tools platform.
• Support sales productivity through third-party tool integrations.
• Drive enhancements to improve tool quality and efficiency.
• Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
• 3-4 years of applicable experience.
• Salesforce Admin 201 Certification.
• Prior experience with building and managing CPQ.
• Aptitude with sales technology and enablement tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
