Partner Store Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

As an Associate in Partner Operations Excellence (POE), you will play a pivotal role in driving operational success across Instacart’s retail partners.

In Short

• Drive operational excellence across retailers using our fulfillment and in-store technology.
• Introduce & train retailers on Instacart fulfillment and in-store technologies.
• Collaborate with Business Development Account Managers and retail partners.
• Collect and analyze data to identify operationally-driven growth opportunities.
• Drive program improvement by gathering and synthesizing partner feedback.
• Moderate travel, up to 25% of the time, to maintain retailer relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, account management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient with G Suite and MS Office.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage key relationships with Instacart’s top retailers.
