Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Success Operations.
• Proven collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• Experience in a startup with less than 50 employees.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to drive actionable outcomes.
• High energy and capacity to work with diverse personalities.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands-on.
