Overview

The Partner Enablement group is dedicated to fostering the growth and health of our partner community. By collaborating closely with Partners, Partner Alliances, and Customer Success, we provide coaching on design and build activities to ensure the success of Centers of Excellence. Our mission is to enhance Customer Satisfaction by identifying and mitigating risks through effective communication and assessment.

In Short

• Support partners during the build phase with coaching and guidance.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise during project milestones.
• Regularly update internal teams on project status.
• Collaborate on Salesforce cases related to Application Design.
• Conduct Application Health Checks and Reviews.
• Assist Product Teams in developing and testing new features.
• Facilitate sharing of project templates for Partner Project Readiness.
• Commit to becoming a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

• Professional accounting designation or advanced degrees.
• Experience with EPM solutions like SAP or IBM Cognos.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning.
• Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Basic understanding of consolidations and planning functions.
