Overview

The Accounting & Reporting Analyst holds a pivotal position within the outsourcing team and is instrumental in the delivery of our services, ensuring the punctual and precise execution of all aspects pertaining to equity plan accounting and financial reporting deliverables.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing comprehensive support for our administrative and financial reporting offerings.
• Execute the processing and delivery of client financial reporting data with utmost precision.
• Manage and track data reconciliations, investigating client-specific data anomalies.
• Collaborate with clients on ad-hoc requests for support and analysis.
• Identify and develop process benchmarks and standard methodologies.
• Provide training to client contacts on the reporting platform.
• Maintain engagement with client contacts to facilitate service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in managing multiple client deliverables.
• Understanding of stock options and corporate accounting administration.
• Commitment to pursuing Certified Equity Plan Certificate.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Superior organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate results.
