Senior Payroll Analyst (Canada and US Payroll) - Remote

Overview

As the NAM Senior Payroll Analyst at insightsoftware, you will champion the innovation required to deliver 100% accuracy of employee final pay while analyzing large data sets to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.

In Short

• Prepare and review payroll monthly for US and Canada entities.
• Maintain payroll reports for the NAM Payroll Manager’s review.
• Support daily workflows for about 900 employees in the NAM region.
• Work with third-party vendors for payroll accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with in-country payroll regulatory requirements.
• Identify and recommend updates to payroll processes.
• Contribute to year-end audits and reconciliations.
• Provide Workday technical support for projects.
• Communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and perseverance.

Requirements

• 4+ years payroll experience in a global organization.
• Must work EST schedule from 7 am to 4 pm EST.
• Experience with ADP Celergo and Workday.
• Understanding of NAM payroll compliance.
• Ability to present payroll audits and validations.
• Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to comprehend and write complex instructions.
