Program Director (EPM) - Remote

Overview

As a Programme Director, you will operate as both a regional project director and a senior solution architect for our Planning, Budgeting & Financial Consolidation offerings, steering multiple concurrent customer programs while dedicating significant time to pre-sales activities.

• Serve as project director on large or complex implementations.
• Establish programme structure, communication cadence, and risk management processes.
• Drive measurable progress toward defined scope, schedule, and margin goals.
• Provide technical and functional vision to Solution Architects.
• Lead services-scoping workshops during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build delivery roadmaps.
• Present proposals to C-suite and senior finance leadership.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to quarterly revenue forecasting and pricing strategy.
• Build relationships with strategic implementation partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in EPM or Finance Transformation programmes.
• Deep functional knowledge of Finance, FP&A, and Accounting processes.
• Proven track record in scoping and negotiating multi-million-dollar SOWs.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed, multi-vendor teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
