Marketing Automation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team, responsible for supporting marketing processes within our martech stack.

In Short

• Own lead routing rules and maintain automation that supports the lead lifecycle.
• Build and manage dynamic audience & suppression lists for marketing campaigns.
• Build emails using standardized templates in Pardot.
• Devise and execute A/B and multivariate testing.
• List imports & tool management.
• Assist the Marketing Operations team with administration and technical support.
• Proactively identify & recommend process improvements.
• Document marketing operations processes.
• Manage marketable database health.
• Participate in cross-functional sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a B2B software company is a plus.
