Overview

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR functions across the assigned center(s), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and strategic HR planning.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for center HR team.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Audit HRIS for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and approve Progressive Discipline actions.
  • Act as liaison between organization and external benefits providers.
  • Review and update center staff training and compliance.
  • Assist with planning special events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR files and records.
  • Review HR Policies annually.
  • Comply with DOL guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years prior HR experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Valid drivers’ license; SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Strong public speaking and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
  • Ability to work evening hours and weekends as needed.
