Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to serve as the CEO’s right hand, bringing exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for the CEO.
• Attend and document all CEO meetings, ensuring clear follow-up and action tracking.
• Provide comprehensive project management support from initiation to transition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager.
• Strong project management background.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in modern productivity tools.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working remotely across time zones.
• Based in Latin America and available during U.S. business hours.
