CRM Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Onboarding Specialist to oversee the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of HubSpot or any other CRM for new clients, managing various HubSpot hubs and optimizing the platform to enhance sales and marketing processes.

• Lead HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients.
• Manage CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot’s automation tools.
• Create and manage landing pages, forms, and email campaigns.
• Analyze and segment lists for targeted lead nurturing.
• Configure deal stages and manage sales pipelines within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for effective implementation.
• Conduct tests to improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates.
• Import data into HubSpot CRM and complete data mapping.
• Analyze results to optimize lead nurturing workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs.
• Hands-on experience with other CRMs preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and list segmentation.
• Excellent skills in creating and managing marketing content and campaigns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred).
• Top-notch organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
