Product Manager (BSS Comarch Technical Owner) - Remote

Overview

As a BSS Comarch Technical Owner, you will serve as a strategic tech advisor, collaborating with business and engineering teams to support the company’s objectives and strategies. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the BSS Comarch system across InPost Group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

In Short

• Provide BSS Comarch technical expertise for billing & CPQ implementation.
• Lead on the technical aspects of the billing platform implementation.
• Co-design and support implementations of solutions that align with the organization's IT strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to design and deliver complete Lead-2-Cash solutions.
• Oversee and coordinate internal and external teams for BSS implementations.
• Convert business requirements into clear technical tasks.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and share knowledge.
• Help troubleshoot complex issues related to user access and workflows.
• Prepare presentations for billing-related initiatives.
• Technical ownership of the system after go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Architect.
• Experience with BSS Comarch implementations preferred.
• Working knowledge of Product Catalog architecture.
• Experience with logistics is a plus.
• Comfortable using SQL for data checks.
• Experience with integrating enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN.
• Experience in project planning and managing budgets.
• Fluency in English is required.
