• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers working primarily with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Own the architecture and performance of distributed, microservices-based backend systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience managing backend engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture.
• Strong grasp of software performance engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering reliable services.
• Experience in Agile environments and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
