Overview

Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a dedicated Remote Help Desk Technician to provide specialized Tier 1/Tier 2 support for SLDCADA users across the Department of the Navy. This fully remote role focuses on monitoring system health, processing customer inquiries, managing batch operations, and ensuring uninterrupted service for this critical time and attendance application.

In Short

  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for SLDCADA users.
  • Monitor system health and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
  • Learn and monitor SLDCADA batch processes.
  • Proactively monitor the SLDCADA website for issues.
  • Create and record virtual training sessions for users.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SLDCADA.
  • Document all support interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with user onboarding and account management.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and process documentation.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in help desk or IT support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-service focus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related degree preferred.
  • CompTIA A+, Security+, or equivalent certification preferred.
