Overview

The Field Case Manager at Cencora is responsible for managing patient programs, supporting prescribing physicians, and ensuring patients have access to necessary therapies while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field, or nursing diploma.
  • Minimum five years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance.
  • Active nurse registration required.
  • Experience in case management preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement structures and processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in French and/or English may be required.
