The Customer Success Manager for Platform Technology Services at Cencora will be responsible for managing and maintaining safety databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting clients in the biopharmaceutical sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years managing Argus Safety Database.
  • Certification in Oracle Argus Safety Database management.
  • Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with signal detection software systems.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • High attention to detail.
