Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Studio Manager to join our dynamic Operations Team, supporting traffic management and resource planning in our Creative studio.

In Short

• Central contact for project coordination and updates.
• Allocate resources and manage schedules for project briefs.
• Assess availability of creatives and assign them to projects.
• Prioritise briefs and manage studio calendar.
• Analyse and improve workforce utilisation.
• Manage a network of freelancers and support onboarding.
• Assess and improve studio processes for efficiency.
• Support quality control and deliver training.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Support Print Managers with logistics.

Requirements

• Experience in Studio, Traffic Management or Resource Coordinator position.
• Experience in a Creative Agency or Design Studio.
• Ability to assess and clarify project briefs.
• Existing freelance network in design/copy/creative.
