DB2 System Administrator - Remote

Overview

The DB2 System Administrator will maintain software and DB2 environments in compliance with security standards while working remotely.

In Short

• Maintain DB2 environments in compliance with STIG/SRG.
• Provide technical services for database software on DISA mainframe systems.
• Install, customize, and upgrade DB2 Software on z/OS platforms.
• Ensure all work follows documented procedures.
• Use SMP/E for software installation and maintenance.
• Five years' experience in IBM mainframe support required.
• Active Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Requirements

• Five years' experience supporting COOP in IBM mainframe.
• Required certifications: A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network +CE, SSCP.
• Ability to support customers across multiple time zones.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
