Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

Infisical is looking for a solutions engineer to help grow Infisical’s customer base and ensure great product/onboarding experience.

In Short

• Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide customers through onboarding.
• Become a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
• Ensure new customers are activated and satisfied.
• Expand Infisical to new use cases within accounts.
• Identify points of friction and potential improvements in workflows.
• Improve documentation and public-facing materials based on feedback.
• Manage case studies and customer references.
• Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Guide UX/DX roadmap based on user journey understanding.

Requirements

• Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Understanding of the Infrastructure/DevSecOps space.
• Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• High energy and strong work ethic.
