In Short

• Maintain a detailed understanding of the InEvent platform and services to assist clients.
• Review client concerns and improve the client experience.
• Promote the value of the InEvent platform and upsell through customer experience.
• Grow and expand clients' platform usage.
• Suggest optimizations for Customer Success initiatives.
• Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers on Enterprise accounts.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience in client retention and continuous usage.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technical skills are essential.
• Accountability and personal organization are crucial.
• Deep understanding of customer concerns and troubleshooting abilities.
• Available to work from 12 PM to 8 PM Eastern Time.
