Overview

The Project Manager & Account Manager at Evooq is responsible for leading onboarding projects for new clients, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for existing clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project execution.

• Lead onboarding projects for Independent Asset Managers on the Wealth Platform.
• Identify and implement product extensions based on client feedback.
• Ensure excellent project execution and client satisfaction.
• Define and manage project governance, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct training with end users and produce related materials.
• Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maximize client utilization of products and services.
• Track key metrics for continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services or consulting.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years in financial services or consulting with a focus on client implementation.
• Degree in finance, business, or business computer science.
• Knowledge in financial products, banking, and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in project management and Agile methods.
• Client-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Strong team player in a flat hierarchy environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
