Python & PySpark Data Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Python & PySpark Developer with strong data engineering skills and experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data pipelines, transforming large datasets, and delivering actionable insights through interactive dashboards.

• Identify and select relevant data sources for the data lake.
• Design and manage data structure within the data lake.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using PySpark.
• Implement ETL configuration elements for data processing.
• Contribute to new use case definitions and designs.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows.
• Document pipeline logic and transformation rules.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with data warehousing (Cloudera).
• Understanding of data modeling and data governance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of business intelligence principles.
