Overview

The primary focus of the role is to meet customer needs by effectively coordinating internal and external resources and managing communication among all parties involved in a Critical Situation.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Service delivery experience is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work non-standard days, weekends and public holidays.
