Controller (Virtual/Remote)

Overview

InductiveHealth is seeking a Controller to lead all core accounting operations for a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS organization, ensuring the integrity of financial statements and leading a high-performing accounting team.

In Short

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations including ledger management and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Lead accounting integration of acquired companies.
• Define and operationalize revenue recognition practices.
• Ensure timely revenue recording and oversee revenue schedules.
• Coordinate audit activities with external auditors.
• Manage day-to-day banking and treasury operations.
• Develop internal controls and accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• SaaS industry experience required.
• Strong command of US GAAP.
• Expertise in revenue recognition for SaaS.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience automating processes and using AI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on approach with strategic oversight.
