Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.
  • 2+ years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • Experience in change management and leadership coaching is an asset.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in Indigenous-led organizations is preferred.
  • Certification in Training Development or Strategic HR is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Indigenous youth communities is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects.
